We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better.

Serves as a subject matter expert in Lean methodologies, supporting CI initiatives, process optimization, and capability building across Operations Transformation & Technologies (OTT) team and programs.

Annual Hiring Range:

  • $105,000 - $115,000

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate Lean training, coaching, and capability development across teams and hubs.

  • Facilitate Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and value stream mapping.

  • Validate process adherence and standard work sustainability.

  • Support development of Lean maturity assessments.

  • Provide hands-on improvement support to hubs and regional sites.

  • Partner with process owners to design and implement Lean-enabled processes.

  • Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by department management.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.

  • Lean/6-Sigma certification required.


Work Experience

  • At least 5years in Continuous Improvement, Lean leadership, or Operational Excellence roles.

  • Demonstrated experience executing CI/Lean programs across multi-site operational environments.

  • Strong background in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured improvement methodologies.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs, audits, and process standardization.

  • Experience developing and facilitating training, workshops, and capability-building programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability; comfort with operational data and KPIs.

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or complex operations required.
